Key Job Responsibilities
- To be a Business Partner for Bakery Finance Leadership, providing support and guidance on the most efficient ways of operating
- Ensure adherence to the Bakery Finance Playbook, a “One Way / Right Way” of what a Bakery Finance Leader should do, creating consistency across BBU
- Provide continuous training on systems, tools, and processes required to support the Business and driving efficiency across BBU.
- Support the field by covering open positions and providing on-boarding support for new hires, including travel to various bakeries as needed.
- Must be a self-starter with a proven record of managing priorities and meeting deadlines with solid organizational skills and attention to details
- Must be comfortable partnering with other functional leaders and challenging teams to find the best overall solutions to opportunities presented in the business across all levels of the organization; able to influence across various levels and functions within an organization
- Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with ability to determine key issues and develop effective action plans
- Strong desire to learn and effectuate the business through financial reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting or Finance; MBA, CMA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Business Finance, Business Performance, Cost Accounting; preferably in a Manufacturing environment
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Essbase Hyperion, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, and Oracle ERP experience preferred
