We are expanding our U.S. team and seeking an experienced BIM Manager with strong technical leadership and a solid foundation in the construction industry.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM strategy, standards, BEPs, and model governance.
- Drive clash resolution & coordination across all trades.
- Mentor and manage BIM teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with design and construction field teams.
- Integrate BIM with 4D/5D planning and cost insights.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and CDE workflows.
- Support scan-to-BIM, digital twin, and as-built deliverables.
🎯 Mandatory Skills & Experience
✅ Autodesk Revit – compulsory
✅ Autodesk Navisworks Manage – compulsory
✅ Strong background in construction — field coordination / GC workflows

- 7 years in BIM roles with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience supporting construction execution, site coordination & RFIs.
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC and real-time data collaboration.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
