This is a full-time on-site role located in Fort Collins, CO. As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data engineering and AI-focused projects. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, developing project roadmaps, monitoring progress against milestones, and ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. You will also serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of robust technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Strong project management expertise, including risk assessment, resource planning, and timeline management
- Experience with data platforms and tools such as AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks
- Knowledge of AI integration and familiarity with AI tools like NeoAI, DBPilot, or similar technologies
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional engineering and technical teams
- Understanding of the enterprise data lifecycle, including data privacy and compliance standards like ISO 27001 and HIPAA
