Painter

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Residential Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality finishes in homes, including interiors and exteriors. This position involves preparing surfaces, applying paints and coatings, and ensuring clean, professional results that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare residential surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming walls, ceilings, trim, and other areas.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Ensure a clean, tidy job site during and after projects.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper use of tools and materials.
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a residential painter or similar role.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques specific to home interiors and exteriors.
• Familiarity with tools such as ladders, sprayers, sanders, and brushes.
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or on a small team.
