Role Summary
We’re hiring a Resident Service Coordinator to support a 57 Unit affordable ousing community by connecting residents to needed social services and resources. This entry-level, onsite role exists to strengthen resident stability and quality of life through responsive coordination and follow-through.
Key responsibilities include assisting residents with social service needs, coordinating resident educational events, and partnering with local organizations and agencies to deliver supportive services.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Degree in a human services-related field
- Experience working with elderly residents and individuals with physical and mental disabilities
- Knowledge of local community resources
- Strong organization, communication, and practical problem-solving skills

A Typical Day
Your day starts onsite with resident check-ins and messages, then shifts into coordinating appointments, referrals, and community connections for the 57 Unit affordable ousing community. Midday, you may touch base with partner agencies and confirm details for an upcoming educational session. Afternoons often include documenting updates, following up on open items, and preparing for the next day so residents experience timely, consistent support from start to finish.
