About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join our team and serve as a trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. This role will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining long-term client relationships while providing sophisticated multi-generational wealth management advice.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the complexities associated with family office clients, excellent relationship-management skills, and a high level of professionalism and discretion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary relationship manager for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive wealth management strategies aligned with clients' financial objectives, values, and long-term goals.
  • Coordinate with internal and external professionals, including estate attorneys, CPAs, investment managers and other specialists.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial outcomes and proactively address needs.
  • Plan, organize and lead periodic client meetings.
  • Implement and monitor client estate plans and provide ongoing guidance.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of each client's financial circumstances, priorities, and long-term objectives.
  • Cultivate strong, enduring client relationships through exceptional service, responsiveness, and discretion.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, fiduciary responsibility, ethics, and professionalism.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8 years of relevant experience in wealth management, financial planning, family office, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth and/or ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management strategies and estate planning.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex client relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external professionals.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High degree of integrity, judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a sophisticated, highly personalized client-service environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.


Preferred Qualifications

·      A CPA, CFP, law degree or other recognized wealth management or financial services designation is a strong plus. 

·      Experience managing complex multigenerational families and strong technical knowledge in wealth planning, estate planning, tax concepts, private investments, or philanthropy is highly valued.
