Position: Junior Process Engineer

Responsibilities and Duties
- Review and analyze existing manufacturing processes and make suggestions on improvements and streamlining.
- Monitor and analyze current production and output levels and make recommendations for improvements.
- Reduce production costs and ensure high-quality produce.
- Work towards KPIs and objectives set out by management.
Skills and Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate with an Engineering degree.
- Strong analytical and math skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Be a self-motivated team player
- Good problem-solving abilities
