What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser/Dishwasher position at Billy's Italian Restaurant?
We are looking for ambitious, ready to work individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment. Bussing / dishwashing duties include maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization standards for all dishes, cookware, utensils, tables, and bus station.
Responsibilities
- Follow guidelines to properly wash and sanitize dishes, utensils and tables
- Properly run a dishwasher
- Properly maintaining a 3 compartment sink
- Cleaning & sanitizing bus station
- Bussing tables in a timely and professional manner
- Restocking dishes so they are ready to use
- Maintain a clean and orderly station by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
- Ensure all chemicals are used and stored properly
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other bussing / dishwashing duties as assigned
Skills
- Knowledge of health and safety rules
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- A team player with good communication skills
- Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
- Very good physical condition and endurance
- Pay is based on experience with reliable referrals.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
