What We Are Seeking
We are seeking a full-time (30-40 hours weekly) or part-time (up to 30 hours weekly) Commercial Lines Account Manager with high energy, exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to build a career with our agency and long-lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be personable, professional, well-organized, knowledgeable and have a team player mindset.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, and billing inquiries.
- Market and quote new and renewal business with carriers.
- Review policies and coverage for accuracy.
- Maintain documentation in the agency management system (Eclipse).
- Assist with claims reporting and follow-up.
- Communicate regularly with management.
Minimum Requirements
- License: Property & Casualty (TX)
- Minimum of 3 years of Commercial Lines experience as an Account Manager with an independent insurance agency

- Management System: Eclipse
- Computer Skills: Adobe, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
