The Front of House is where we teach you the basics of operations. This includes
- POS Training
- Dining Room Setup & Service Training
- Prep Station Setup
- Prep Station Stocking
- Salad Station Prep, Portioning, & Builds
This step is crucial because you will need to know this information so that you can be successful in your starting position as well as set you up for future opportunities to lead others and eventually train them on all of these tasks, which leads you to advancement and higher pay.
