The Operations Manager ensures that Park and its Employees are following all Policy, Procedure and Legal requirements. Operations Managers stay up-to date on company Standard Operating Procedures and Policies and apply them to their assigned locations’ practices to minimize executional, customer experience, financial and legal risk - in line with our Mission Statement,

In the absence of the Senior Venue Manager, functioning as direct corporate liaison the Operations Manager:

· Oversees all aspect of the day-to-day operations and execution standards of the Park

· Completes daily and weekly audits to monitor adherence to policies and procedures

· Evaluates team members’ knowledge, educates them on work related policies and procedures

· Immediately corrects and improves areas of the business that do not meet company standards and legal requirements

Areas of Responsibility: (include but not limited to)

· Revenue Generation / Budget Accountability

· Brand Policy and Procedure Compliance

· Labor Law Compliance

· Safety / Security / Facility Cleanliness Standards

· Customer Experience / Brand Representation Standards

· Employee Behavior / Customer Service Standards

· Event Execution Standards etc.

Job Requirements: 2-4 years of relevant experience

· Management and Leadership

· Operational Excellence

· Payroll and HR Management

· Facility Management

· Customer Service Excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
