Holyoke Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Part-Time 15-20 Hours /Week (3-4 Days/Week)
Must have a valid Drivers License. Own car preferable
Job Duties
. Maintain Play equipment in a clean and safe up to the manufacturer's
standard. Ensure that all maintenance schedules are maintained
. Repair play equipment to insure it is safe and meets all safety
requirements.
. Painting all areas in facilities
. Maintain ballistic area, perform basis electric repair. Perform
maintenance on blower motors (Vacuum fans)
. Plumbing clean drains, repair and replace bathroom equipment
. Basic electrical repair
. Ensure all repairs listed on the weekly audit are completed on a weekly
basis
. Deep cleaning of bathrooms/Kitchen at location including floor and tiles
. Wash all windows each location.
