We are seeking an organized, motivated, dependable Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing company. This position supports all aspects of the business — from technicians in the field, to managers in the office, to customers calling in for help.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule inspections, services, and appointments for all departments
- Coordinate technician routes and daily service logistics
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with service-related questions
- Support technicians and managers with administrative needs
- Process invoices, payments, work orders, and customer records
- Assist with Accounts Receivable and customer payment follow-up
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding scheduling, billing, and service updates
- Review paperwork for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain organized records and administrative workflows
- Support daily office operations and team coordination

Experience & Skills
- 2 Years Administrative, customer service, scheduling, Accounts Receivable, dispatching, or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office software
- Ability to learn company software and scheduling systems quickly
- Billing, CRM, dispatching, or home service industry experience is a plus
- Pest control industry knowledge is helpful but not required
