Job Title: Sales Lead
Location: Bill’s Appliance Center 2098 Lycoming Creek Rd, Williamsport PA 17701
Schedule: 40 hours per week (9-5) , including every other Saturday (9-Noon) Occasional overtime as needed. (Saturday rotation may expand to every third Saturday in the future)

Job Description:
Sales lead helps with the day-to-day operations of the front office. This position focuses strongly on Sales. Building quotes for large orders. Helping customers in store and over the phone or emails, answering questions, scheduling deliveries and service calls, daily paperwork, and keeping the office organized and running smoothly. Help keep track of inventory levels. Keeping up with learning new products as they come out.

Basic Duties:

• Help customers with in-store sales. First line of defense in sales.
• Answering phone calls/emails and helping with service parts/scheduling.
• Schedule deliveries with sales accurately
• Process payments, invoices, credit apps, and sales paperwork
• Keep track of inventory as items are sold, add them to the weekly order list as needed.
• Work with service staff, delivery staff, and owners daily to make sure all issues are handled promptly.
• Help come up with advertising and social media ideas! Share them with us!
• Handle all basic day-to-day customer issues and escalate them to owners if/as needed. (owners at location most days)
• Be reliable. We are flexible but do rely on everyone to be where they need to be each day!

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills! Adaptable to your customer- Serious to Fun!
• Organized and dependable
• Basic computer skills, be willing to learn our computer system and new systems as they become available.
• Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment at times.
• Office or retail experience required.
• Be willing to learn new products as they become available. Things are always changing!

Work Schedule:

• 40 hours weekly- On weeks that Saturday is scheduled you would leave at 2 on Tuesday or Wednesday.
• Every other Saturday is required (3 hours)
