Lead Sign Installer (Experience ONLY)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, reliable and self motivated Experienced Sign Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing a wide variety of signage, including electrical, illuminated, and non-illuminated signs. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely at heights and in various outdoor conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial signage (channel letters, monument signs, vinyl graphics, LED displays, etc.)
• Operate bucket trucks, lifts, and other installation equipment safely
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Perform basic electrical work, including wiring and troubleshooting sign components
• Ensure all installations meet safety codes and company quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to complete jobs on time
• Conduct site surveys and prepare installation plans as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional sign installation experience
• Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring for illuminated signs
• Experience operating bucket trucks and aerial lifts
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to travel for installations
