Billings Adult Education seeking a passionate and dedicated instructor to join our team and support adult learners in building essential skills in English literacy, reading, writing, and social studies. This position plays a critical role in helping learners reach their attainment of a HiSet certificate.

The instructor will work with a diverse population of adult students preparing for high school equivalency exam (HiSET) and individuals seeking to improve their academic skills for employment or further education.

This position requires flexibility, creativity, and the ability to differentiate instruction across a range of learning levels in a personalized learning platform. Candidates should be comfortable integrating technology, real-world materials, and culturally responsive practices into their teaching. Collaboration with other educators and counselors is essential to support student progress and success.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must hold a current Montana Educators License endorsed in English

JOB GOAL: To provide personalized instruction to adult students who have a goal to do the following: attain a high school equivalency credential, secure employment, and/or prepare for post-secondary education.
