What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Assistant and Liaison (PALS) - Full Time position at Billings Clinic Health System?
Under general supervision, PALs are responsible for greeting and assisting patients and guests who visit Billings Clinic’s main campus. Duties include valet parking, providing information, way finding regarding services within Billings Clinic and within the community, transporting patients and guests to a wide variety of specialties via personal escort, wheelchair, or providing directions. Reports to Supervisor of Guest Services.
