Compensation:
$38,000/annual (salary) / VERY FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE
80 hours sick / Holiday pay
After 6 months – 1 year 40 hours vacation earned
- Annual review in October: 2.5% raise given annually on hire date after one year employment & accordingly after at beginning of Fiscal Year – December 1st.
Position reports directly to the Board of Directors
Essential Functions:
Ø The office manager acts as the communication hub (and often the first line of communication) for users, vendors, and employees.
Ø The office manager manages the company’s financial activities, such as cash flow, budget, reports, invoicing, and collections, as well as maintaining user lists/water rights are kept up to date.

Main Tasks
Ø Accounting Support: timesheets, payroll, workers compensation, reconciliation of all accounts, Quickbooks, A/P, A/R, and collections, coordination with auditor, and insurance brokers.
Ø Office Management: office supplies, manage mail, sub and vendor documentation, permits, business licenses, supplier accounts, contracts, support office and field teams, coordinate board meetings.
Ø Grant/Construction Management: coordinate with engineer and other support any projects that may be upcoming. Organize and facilitate as needed grant requirements.
Ø Manage recruitment efforts, screen candidates, support new hire on-boarding and training, and respond to legal notices.
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
