Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Caregiver role. Caregivers will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring the well-being and safety of clients in their care. Day-to-day tasks include helping with personal care needs, light housekeeping, meal preparation, accompanying clients to medical appointments, and monitoring medication adherence. Caregivers will also communicate regularly with medical teams or family members about the clients’ conditions and needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving tasks such as personal care, companionship, and assisting with daily living activities
- Basic understanding of monitoring medication and maintaining patient safety
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with healthcare professionals and family members
- Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and attentive to individual needs
- Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving roles (preferred but not mandatory)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); certifications in caregiving or first aid are advantageous
