Bill360 is looking for an Operations / HR Associate to support the Operations Team with the management of the day-to-day business and human resource functions of a start-up fintech company. The role's responsibilities are varied and will directly contribute to the operational effectiveness and talent acquisition efforts for Bill360.

You’ll work closely with executives and business process owners to support, optimize, and enable the day-to-day operations and HR functions of the business.

Please Note: This is an in-office position in Tampa, FL. Our office is located in the Westshore business district.
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain job boards and schedule interviews.
- Enter employee data in HR systems.
- Support the employee onboarding processes.
- Generate employee training guides and templates.
- Organize and maintain digital file structures and file versioning.
- Draft and proof company policies and procedures.
- Provide customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Create presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Cooperate with different departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in defining and building company culture.
- Other tasks as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications
- Adept with technology especially Microsoft Office and video conferencing applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, RingCentral, Zoom).
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Superior aptitude for learning.
- Superior analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, as well as listening skills.
- Ability to securely handle confidential and personal information.
- Detail and solutions oriented.
Education
- Associate degree or higher in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or similar field required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. PHR Certification a plus.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
