Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and Self Motivated Shop Tire Tech and Mobile Semi Truck Tire Tech to join our team. We are a family owned and ever expanding Commercial Tire Company with 19 Locations in West Texas and New Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and Two years experience in commercial tire service. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire installations, rotations, and repairs while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on various types of vehicles.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and recommend necessary services.
- Assist customers with tire-related inquiries and provide knowledgeable advice on products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tire service or automotive repair is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in tire service.
- Excellent customer service skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform oil changes and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
