Responsibilities:
- Flatbed tow truck experience required.
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles using the appropriate towing equipment.
- Complete vehicle inspections before and after each tow to ensure safe operation..
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, law enforcement, and insurance representatives.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Keep the tow truck clean, organized, and properly maintained by reporting any mechanical issues.
