Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients from start to finish
- Conduct client communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings

- Schedule and coordinate inspections, estimates, and project timelines
- Prepare and present service proposals and pricing options
- Oversee project progress to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with field crews and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and project updates
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience preferred (construction or service industry a plus)
