Bill’s Pizza & Pub is seeking an energetic Bartender / Server (21 ) to join our team for the summer season. We are a fast-paced, high-volume pizza restaurant and bar, and we are looking for team members who take pride in providing friendly, professional service while keeping up with a busy environment.
This role involves preparing drinks, taking food and beverage orders, and creating a welcoming guest experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining room guests
- Take food and drink orders and enter them accurately into the Toast POS system
- Deliver attentive, friendly service in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Check customer identification and comply with all alcohol service laws
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and service station
- Restock bar inventory, glassware, and supplies as needed during shifts
- Coordinate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
- Process payments and handle transactions through POS
- Provide a professional and welcoming guest experience
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a busy environment
- Comfortable using restaurant POS systems (Toast experience a plus)
- Valid BASSET certification required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

Pay: From $7.80 per hour
