Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and field teams
Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both English and Spanish
Manage schedules, appointments, and project documentation
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients
Handle general office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and data entry
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous administrative experience preferred; experience in landscaping or construction is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
