Pest Control Team Lead

As team lead, you’ll oversee our pest control department, ensuring technicians deliver safe, effective and customer-focused service. You’ll balance office responsibilities like ordering inventory, reviewing safety reports and conducting performance reviews with fieldwork such as inspections, coaching ride-alongs and supporting technicians with challenging jobs. This role is key to keeping our team efficient, safe and consistent while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities at a glance
- Oversee pest control department operations
- Order equipment, inventory and chemicals as needed
- Conduct quarterly technician reviews and performance check-ins
- Perform weekly site inspections by shadowing a technician and reviewing completed services
- Provide field coaching and feedback to technicians
- Address customer issues directly or assist technicians in resolving them
- Monitor driver safety alerts and truck inspections
- Ensure services are performed safely, effectively and to company standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Demonstrated excellence in pest control services
- Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
- Ability to balance office responsibilities with fieldwork
- Commitment to safety, compliance and customer satisfaction
