Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Mill Worker/Delivery Driver to join our team. This versatile role involves operating mill equipment, mixing animal feed, loading vehicles, and delivering bulk feed to customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift a minimum of 100lbs.
Duties
- Load feed into vehicles, lifting a minimum of 100lb bags
- Manage forklift operations for moving raw materials and finished products within the warehouse
- Prepare products for delivery by packaging and ensuring quality standards are met
- Drive company vehicles to deliver products safely and efficiently to customers
- Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and loading/unloading shipments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety protocols
Requirements
- Knowledge of millwork is desire, but not necessary
- Warehouse experience including inventory management and logistics is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for delivery responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and work in a physically demanding environment - minimum of 100lbs required
- Commitment to safety standards and quality assurance procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $28.15 per hour
