Description
Need work for the summer? Bill's Distributing, Ltd., a leader in beverage distribution, is seeking Seasonal Helpers to assist in the warehouse or with our service and delivery teams.
Essential Job Functions:
· Prepare for each daily route by:
o Picking product from warehouse according to system generated pick list in a timely and efficient manner
o Loading machine product bins into company vehicle for delivery
· Unload and put away new loads of product on racking
· Understand and adhere to all BDL policies and procedures regarding product quality
· Assist in the repack room, dumping product
· Use a forklift to pick product and load onto trucks
· Perform other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Forklift experience preferred
Necessary Skills and Abilities
· Basic math and reading skills
· Good communication skills
· Good attention to detail
· Uses a tablet to assist with picking product
· Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively
Physical Requirements
· Able to handle the physical requirements of lifting various case and keg stock up to 170 pounds
Working Conditions/Environment
· Work is performed primarily in a warehouse setting
