Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and basic automotive services
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs
- Conduct tire inspections to identify wear and damage
- Use power tools and equipment to mount, balance, and align tires
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of automotive
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in tire installation and repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
As a General Service & Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles. You will be responsible for performing oil changes, digital vehicle inspections, tire installations, rotations, repairs, and other basic automotive services. Your attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and customer service skills will contribute to the overall success of our shop.
