Position Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory / AJAX Administrator to join our exceptional team. This role combines inventory management, accounting responsibilities, and administrative duties in a dynamic dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain vehicle inventory records in the dealership accounting system
- Coordinate closely with sales and service teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date vehicle information is available
- Process wholesale vehicle sales and handle associated DMV paperwork
- Maintain accounting records and manage collections for AJAX Financial
- Oversee office supply inventory and ordering
- Provide support to other office positions as needed
Qualifications:
- Accounting knowledge preferred
- Automotive office experience and familiarity with DMV paperwork a plus
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
