I opened my State Farm agency in January 2007 as a scratch agent, meaning I built my business from the ground up with no assigned policyholders. Today, I have a strong, close-knit team, including two full-time members, one part-time in-office (my wife, Sally), and another part-time remote team member.

We celebrate workiversaries and birthdays with office lunches, and I believe in rewarding hard work—this year, I’m sending both full-time team members to our condo in Destin for a well-earned getaway.
