As a Senior Sales Executive at Bill Miller Equipment Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing high-level client relationships, and ensuring the growth and success of our sales portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the heavy machinery and parts market, targeting both new clients and key industry accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Product Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of heavy machinery, parts, and industry trends to offer consultative sales strategies, tailored solutions, and value propositions to clients.
- Negotiations & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure profitable agreements while maintaining competitive advantage.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to strategically position our products and services.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports, market analysis, and accurate sales forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of proven sales experience in the heavy machinery, construction, industrial equipment, or related industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of heavy machinery products, parts, and the equipment leasing/sales processes.
- Sales Skills: Expertise in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and relationship management, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership: Experience in leading and developing sales teams, with excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand complex machinery and parts specifications, and effectively communicate technical details to customers.
