Automotive Service Advisor

Bill marine Mazda/Volkswagen is a family owned, multi-line dealership, is in need of service advisor/writer for the Mazda/Volkswagen store.

Qualified applicant will be responsible for meeting and/or scheduling customers and dealing with customer requirements, supplying quotes pertaining to repair and/or servicing of their vehicle issues. Working as part of a team aside the service manager, advisor(s) and numerous certified technicians in a well-equipped service area, this position must emphasize outstanding customer service while selling proper products, recommended services, benefits and product features.

Ideal candidate must have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Organized

- Customer oriented

- Must have strong sales and CSI skills

- Prior dealership service experience a plus but not required

-Automotive or sales experience strongly preferred.

-Former Automotive technicians and Car salesman encouraged to apply.

-No high pressure sales. Sell what it needs-No more-No less.

Job Type: Full-time. No weekends!

Pay: From $50,000/ year

Salary plus commission.
