The Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic vehicle inspections. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in the automotive service industry. Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services on a variety of vehicles.
- Check and top off fluids, inspect belts, hoses, brakes, and other key vehicle components.
- Perform multi-point inspections and document findings accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service bays and tools.
- Follow all safety and manufacturer maintenance guidelines.
- Communicate any service recommendations or concerns to Service Advisors or management.
- Assist in keeping customer vehicles and the dealership property clean and professional.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
