What You'll Be Doing
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly at their vehicles, perform a thorough walk-around inspection, and engage them with enthusiasm and positivity.
- Appointment Management: Pre-print appointments, review vehicle history reports, and assist customers with scheduling their service visits.
- Phone Support: Answer customer inquiries over the phone and efficiently schedule service appointments.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers and co-workers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Active Delivery: Ensure the delivery process is smooth and informative, providing customers with clear communication about their vehicle’s service needs.
- Administrative Accuracy: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all paperwork and customer interactions.

- Automotive Knowledge: General understanding of the oil-changing process is essential. Experience with VW product lines is a plus.
