What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintenance services and fluid exchanges
- Tire, brake, and alignment-adjacent work within scope
- Pre-owned reconditioning and internal retail preparation
- Minor inspections and troubleshooting
- Resetting electronic systems where permitted
- Supporting OEM campaigns within classification limitations
- Multi-point inspections and documentation accuracy
- Strong work pipeline — internal, retail, and recon
- Premium brand environment with high standards and modern tooling
- AC/heated facility designed for efficiency and comfort
- Training, mentorship, and advancement toward Journeyman

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Prior technician experience required (Skilled, C-Tech, or equivalent)
- Strong diagnostic judgment within classification limits
- Safety focus and consistent SOP compliance
- Ability to contribute to throughput and team communication
