Primary Responsibilities
- Accounts payable processing
- Accounts receivable support
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Filing and document management
- General office and administrative support
- Assisting with additional accounting projects and responsibilities as needed
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Automotive dealership experience is a significant plus
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Has exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Communicates professionally with coworkers and vendors
- Can effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy
- Is dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
