Collections Representatives
to join our team in Belen, Heredia, Costa Rica.

What you’ll do:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist customers with their account and payment-related inquiries
Discuss outstanding balances and available payment options
Help customers find appropriate solutions based on their situation
Document customer interactions accurately
Follow established procedures, call flows, and compliance guidelines
Maintain a professional and respectful approach on every call

What we’re looking for:
No previous collections experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
B2 English level
Strong communication and active listening skills
Basic computer skills
Confidence communicating with customers over the phone
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
