Duties

• Carefully select and pick fresh flowers from designated fields or growing areas according to quality standards.
• Pack flowers into appropriate containers or boxes, ensuring they are protected during transit.
• Sort flowers based on size, color, and quality to meet packaging specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies or finished products as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to preserve flower quality and ensure personal safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform manual tasks efficiently.
