Bill Dodge Auto Group is a family-owned automotive group, proudly serving our communities for over 50 years. We are seeking an experienced Parts Counter Associate to join our growing Parts Department.

Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Assist internal and external customers with parts requests
- Research, source, and order parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, special orders, and inventory transactions
- Process parts returns and warranty-related documentation
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
- Prepare parts for shipment, delivery, or customer pickup
- Assist with inventory control and stock order management
- Ensure all parts transactions are accurately billed and documented
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive parts department experience required
- Experience using Tekion and Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
