Responsibilities
- Greet customers and refer them to the appropriate person
- Contact potential customers to follow up on previous services / lead submissions with the goal to convert them into sales opportunities
- Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, text messages and social media responses
- Set up sales appointments with customers with the focus that all customers are prospective long-term customers
- Establish follow-ups with sales appointments
- Obtain customer information and keep accurate database
- Maintain a dealership standard for response time
- Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
- Participate in training programs to keep current on available vehicles to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:

Qualifications:Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Solid working knowledge of the Internet and social media accounts
- Listen and be attentive to customer’s needs and priorities
- Strong attention to details and works well in a process-driven environment
- Ability to use scripts and call process tools
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Strong sales / telemarketing / customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual, a plus
