Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, guide them through the service process, and ensure they feel informed and confident throughout.
- Communication: Clearly explain recommended services and answer customer questions—no technical jargon required.
- Organization: Create and manage service orders, keep track of appointments, and ensure smooth coordination with technicians.
- Support: Help schedule vehicle service, assist with basic diagnostics, and follow up with customers after their visit.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or retail role
