Bill Clark Pest Control, Inc., has been serving Southeast Texas for over 67yrs. BCPC is seeking Pest Management Professionals who will provide quality pest management service to residential homes, business establishments and industrial facilities with a technical knowledge that ensures materials are applied in accordance to federal and state laws.
This position is to perform services in our Montgomery and East Waller County service area. Experience in related field is desired but not required. Applicants must be able to effectively communicate services, features, advantages and benefits as well as identify customer’s needs and expectations. After gaining proper training and experience, applicants will be responsible for servicing as well as looking for new sales growth by generating creative opportunities. Applicants must possess good communication skills (written/oral). Must have the ability to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions. Must have a good driving record, preferred valid driver’s license for 5 years, and required to submit to a physical examination, drug test and additional pre-employment screening.
Hourly pay with no experience starts at $17.00, with the opportunity to advance based on licensing credentials obtained. Monthly service/sales goals with incentive based bonuses.
