We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Developer Relations (DevRel) Engineer to foster strong relationships between our engineering teams and the broader developer community. The DevRel Engineer will serve as a technical ambassador, creating high-quality content, advocating for our product, and providing feedback to product teams. This role is pivotal in driving developer engagement, adoption, and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a technical liaison between external developers and internal product/engineering teams.Create and deliver compelling technical content, including documentation, tutorials, blog posts, sample code, and videos.Represent the company at conferences, hackathons, meetups, and online communities.Collect, analyze, and relay user feedback to help shape the product roadmap.Build and nurture a vibrant developer community through proactive engagement and support.Develop and maintain open-source projects, SDKs, and APIs relevant to our product ecosystem.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex developer issues.Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to effectively advocate for the companys solutions.Organize and participate in webinars, workshops, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything) to promote awareness and adoption.Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and product management teams.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).3 years of experience as a software engineer, developer advocate, or similar technical role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Proven experience in technical content creation (e.g., blogs, tutorials, videos, or public speaking engagements).Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, etc.).Experience working with APIs, SDKs, and cloud technologies.Demonstrated community involvement or open-source contributions is highly desirable.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.Legal authorization to work in the United States; current US residency required.Compensation and Benefits:Annual Salary: $120,000 to $160,000Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (vacation, sick leave, and holidays)401(k) retirement plan with company matchProfessional development and education assistanceRemote work flexibilityEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) or equity optionsEmployee assistance program (EAP)Inclusive, innovative, and supportive work environment
