Immediate Hiring | LPN / LVN
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support occupational health, employee health screenings, and clinical services.
Location: Cohoes, NY 12047
Position: LPN / LVN
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care, including services requiring sterile techniques
Conduct pre-employment, occupational health, and return-to-work medical screenings
Perform diagnostic testing including ECG, vision, hearing, spirometry, and respirator fit testing
Calibrate equipment and accurately document test results
Perform vital signs and blood pressure checks
Collect blood and urine specimens while maintaining proper chain-of-custody procedures
Assist with administration of blood and blood products
Perform phlebotomy and properly package laboratory specimens
Provide TB screenings and required immunizations
Maintain accurate records, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
Serve as a clinical resource for employee health information
Qualifications
Valid New York State LPN/LVN License required
Minimum 1 year of post-licensure experience
Phlebotomy experience required
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
