Position Overview
Smokehouse Operator - Immediately Hiring!!
Rate: $22 per hour going to $23/hr after 90 days (probationary period).
HOURS: Mon. - Fri. weekly with weekends off. Shifts start typically at 6:30am and run 8-10 hours, with mandatory overtime as the daily schedule requires.

Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To
- Rolling large carts of hanging sausages (weighing ~500 lbs) into and out of our Kitchen & Processing Areas
- Tracking and recording oven cook times and temperatures
- Tracking and recording chill down time and temperatures
- Rotating racks of product efficiently to keep pace with our assembly and production lines
- Coordinating with the room supervisor on the schedule for the day
- Cleaning and inspecting the Kitchen and Smokehouse areas before and after daily production
- Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions
- Ability to fill in other key positions (such as spice blending) as needed

Salary : $22 - $23
