Weekly Pay, Salary: $23.00 per hour

1st SHIFT - Mon. - Fri. 6:30am to 3:00pm or finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires. Weekends off.

2nd SHIFT - Mon. - Fri. 2:30pm to 11:30pm or finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires. Weekends off. **(plus $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift ONLY)

Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking Packing Leads who are experienced with food manufacturing at our Cohoes, NY facility.

Responsibilities Include

• Meeting packaging efficiency goals
• Motivating team members
• Ensuring compliance with dress code, on-time starts, and sanitation for the line
• Completing all batch paperwork and making sure all product packaging specifications are met
• Filling in for key line positions when needed
• Organizing and preparing all supplies, including labels and packaging materials
  
  

The right candidate is experienced with production machinery (preferably food machinery) and food handling. Must have great attention to detail, be able to multi-task, and have a team player attitude.

NOTE: This is a refrigerated work space, with temperatures generally around 35 degrees. We have a no facial hair policy and no jewelry policy for all production and warehouse positions
