Production Lead
Pay is weekly - $25.00 per/hr
HOURS: Mon. - Fri. weekly with weekends off. Shifts are typically at 11:00am to 7:30pm, with mandatory overtime as the daily schedule requires.
The right candidate is experienced in production machinery (preferably food machinery) and handling. Must have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task, and have a team player attitude.

Production Lead

Responsibilities Include
- Meeting packaging efficiency goals
- Motivating team members
- Ensuring compliance with dress code, on-time starts, and sanitation for the line
- Completing all batch paperwork and making sure all product packaging specifications are met
- Filling in for key line positions when needed
- Organizing and preparing all supplies, including labels and packaging materials
- Proven experience leading teams as a Production Lead or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health & safety standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification (e.g., HACCP) and education is a plus.
