Assistant Smokehouse Operator - 1st Shift
Rate: $20.00 per hour

Hours
1st SHIFT - Mon. - Fri. 5:45am until 3:00pm or finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires. Weekends off.

Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To
- Rolling large carts of hanging sausages (weighing ~500 lbs) into and out of our Kitchen & Processing Areas
- Tracking and recording oven cook times and temperatures
- Tracking and recording chill down time and temperatures
- Rotating racks of product efficiently to keep pace with our assembly and production lines
- Coordinating with the room supervisor on the schedule for the day
- Cleaning and inspecting the Kitchen and Smokehouse areas before and after daily production
- Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions
- Ability to fill in other key positions (such as spice blending) as needed
