Responsibilities :
- Provide tailored instruction to elementary and middle school students with severe special needs and behaviors.
- Manage challenging behaviors, including biting, kicking, scratching, non-verbal communication, speech and mobility issues.
- Collaborate with paras and behavior staff to meet the students needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain documentation and track student progress.
